Circles® is a nationally-known, proven, and innovative way of connecting people across socioeconomic lines in an effort to move people & families out of poverty. Yes, out of poverty! Our society has been successful at creating programs that only manage poverty, but this program is about the longer term, harder work of moving people out of poverty. How it works: A Circle is a match of a Circle Leader (a low-income person or couple) with 2 or 3 Circle Allies (middle or upper income volunteers) who work together to help the Leader achieve their goals.
